Frequently Asked Questions:

1.  What are your hours?  

Currently, our hours are Thursday - Saturday from 11am - 7pm, excluding holidays.  We are also open for special events, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media!

2.  Do the artists take commissions?

Some do, and some don't.  Please contact us with questions about the specific artist.

3.  Do you take art on consignment/do you buy antique art?

No.  We only take art from current gallery artists to sell.  

4.  Do you all offer art classes?

We don't offer classes in the gallery at this time, but we will be more than happy to put you in touch with our artists that teach classes at their studios.

5.  Do you all offer prints of everything in the gallery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer prints of all art you see in the gallery, either in person or online.  Each individual artist decides whether or not to offer prints, and since the cost of getting an art print made is high, some artists decide not to.

6.  Can I pet Creek the Rottweiler?

Sure!  Just be respectful and let him get to know you first.  

7.  Does Creek bite?

No, but our web designer does.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.  Shipping rates and dates will be estimated at the time of order.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued on purchases.  Please contact Cool Creek Gallery if there is an issue with the condition or description of your purchase.
